Lacks personal skills. Since 2007 they have been through a number of cleaners for our house. The cleaners were fine. It is Roberta that is the problem, attacking and shouting at the cleaners, causing them distress.

I recently had an Electrical Hygiene Solutions Company clean my equipment including inside the case and I was amazed at just how dirty it had got inside but after the man had been the computer was like new and ran a lot quieter and faster than before. As for the keyboard this was a gem and gave me piece of mind for my young children to use knowing they won%u2019t transfer germs between one another. I would strongly advise everyone to have this Service done on their Computers etc at least once a year as it works out abit cheaper than buying the stuff yourself plus you know a professional has done the job for you Mrs Karen Anderson

I ordered the services of Marigold to arrive at my house 8am last Tuesday. At 9am, with still no answer, I decided to call Peggy (I have assumed she is the owner). She was very blase about the situation, not to my liking since I had taken time off work to wait for the cleaner. In the end the cleaner did not turn up at all for whatever reason. The exact same senario occured the following Thursday (which was rearranged from the previous missed appointment). I was furious this time around - mostly from the fact that nobody bothers to contact me to let me know what is going on. Stupidly, I decided to give them a third chance (hindsight is such a wonderful thing). Low and behold the same situation occurred. I was told by Peggy that the cleaner would arrive between 1pm and 2pm. 5 mins to 2pm I call Peggy to ask what is going on (no call from her previously, by the way), only to be told quite abruptly that they still have 5 mins to turn up. This enraged me, and when the cleaner finally turned up, 20mins late, I called Peggy again. She still had not one ounce of remorse, constantly making excuses. After speaking to the cleaner separately, I found out that she was actually told to turn up at 2pm by Peggy - not ideal when Peggy tells the customer that the cleaner will turn up at 1pm to 2pm. I would not reccomend this service to anyone. They are arrogant, unreliable and above all have no respect for their customers.

Wasnt very good cleaning.Used the same dish cloth to wipe the work tops and floor with.They looked through my private drawers.Waste of money,no wonder they are cheap.
